Part of the City of Boston’s 2023 PaintBox Project. Box is located at the corner of Huntington Ave. and Fenwood Rd. in the Mission Hill neighborhood.

The main goal with this piece was to highlight the diversity among people living, studying, and working in Boston today in an extra colorful vision of the city, as well as to bring spread a bit of happiness to those that passed by & looked at it. Mission Hill, the neighborhood my utility box is located in, is a particularly vibrant neighborhood that people in my age bracket have gravitated to recently for its melting pot of cultures, and it holds a very special place in my heart after spending so much time there during my time studying at MassArt. It feels like a tight-knit neighborhood in every sense of the word, with so many people that passed by taking time out of their busy days just to stop and have conversations with me about what I was doing & how they were excited about this addition of the art I was working on.
